1. Our role
helpdesk AI is a technology platform that connects you to the seller, brand, or business that sent you a parcel. We do not sell, store, or ship products. This policy explains what limited personal data we handle while playing that role.
2. What we collect
We collect only what is needed to route your message and improve the service:
- Information you give us when you contact support — typically a phone number and the content of your messages, including any photos, videos, or voice notes you choose to share.
- Order or parcel identifiers you share (for example an order number, AWB / tracking ID, or QR code reference) so we can route your request to the correct seller.
- Basic device and connection information (such as IP address, browser, device type) collected automatically to keep the service secure and operational.
- Aggregated, anonymous usage analytics to understand how the service is performing.
3. How we use it
- To identify the relevant seller and connect you to them.
- To relay messages, photos, videos, or voice notes between you and the seller.
- To maintain a chat history that helps resolve issues and address abuse.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with parties needed to provide the service:
- The seller (or their support team) associated with your parcel — so they can respond to you.
- Service providers we use to operate the platform, for example messaging infrastructure, hosting, and analytics — under appropriate contractual safeguards.
- Authorities, regulators, or law enforcement, where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. WhatsApp messages
When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Standard messaging carrier rates may apply.
6. Retention
We retain conversation history and related data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Anonymous aggregated analytics may be retained longer.
7. Your choices
- You can stop messaging us at any time.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable law.
- You can ask us to stop relaying your messages to a particular seller. In that case we may not be able to continue providing support for the related parcel.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system, however, is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Platform is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please reach out and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
